Shot Progression – Zootopia 2 (2025)
Closing out the year with one more Nick Wilde shot progression—yes, it’s the “worm moment.”
For this performance, I actually used worms as acting reference to capture the discomfort, timing, and facial beats.
Hope these progressions have been useful and fun to study.
Watch for:
Facial acting and eye direction under discomfort
Hand posing and finger articulation
Timing & spacing choices from animation to final render
Lighting/readability differences between passes.
