Here's a short video outlining the step-by-step process to update the firmware on the ZOOM R20 multitracker. Regardless of whatever version you are currently on, you can update your R20 to the most recent version available. So if you are on v1.0, you can go straight to v3.4 and do not need to go to all the intermediate versions first.

If you own a ZOOM R8, R16, or R24 the firmware updating process is similar.
