The pivot wheel divert is a cost competitive solution for sorting cases. These are a great solution for conveyors with a single divert or a large distance between diverts. The power wheel divert rollers are powered by a 24V DC motor or technic servo motor and actuated between positions. The PWDs can handle rates up to 60 cases per minute.
