My mission to go Zero Waste is going to be much harder in some ways than I'd expected ("how can I live without tape?!") and easier in other ways (eg. most stores have a bulk food section), but I'm going to learn a lot. The plastic-free day, however, that is just going to be much harder than I originally thought. Every time I sit down to do research on it I realize one more thing I won't be able to do.
