Yooooo, bringing you this old school thrasher in the form of a "Hyrule Market" cover. I realized I hadn't done any Ocarina of Time (or any Zelda) covers before and it's mostly because after 15 years of YouTube existing they've pretty much all been done straight into the ground. Even though playing this song was brand new for me, it still ended up being a super nostalgic experience. It reminded me of a simpler time when we were all making awful \METAL/ renditions of Song of Storms and Lost Woods direct into our computer's mic input and into FL Studio. It also reminded me of working on the first video game covers I actually uploaded to YouTube because that was 8 years ago this month. Time flies. I had my friend Aaron "AaronDoesAudio" Willis mix and master this track for me so I could get to working on the next video even faster, and he did an awesome job with it. I'm hoping to bring him on board again in the near future. Please also enjoy Alex's debut of being in front of the camera instead of behind it. I heard theres a new Pokemon remake out or something so I decided to put this cover together and continue my theme of making chill songs a little angrier (this is what happens when you listen to too much Smashing Pumpkins and Eve6). And by that I mean I recorded and filmed this months ago and got held up actually releasing it until now. If you see me smiling or laughing in this video its because Im thinking about that Donald Glover bit where he talks about how you cant bring a vampire to the beach and yet there I was. Filming on the beach was a T E R R I B L E time and I dont think Ill do it again. It was incredibly windy and had my hair getting knotted up and whipping me in the face for 6 hours; it also made it hard to get good angles since both Alex and I were just trying to keep our footing on the sand. IN THE END THOUGH I think we got some great footage and the video was well worth it, so I hope you all enjoy how it turned out. I will be back soon with more metal and more Pokemon, so until then, stay Scary

Im back with another cover done through the esteemed GameGrooves label. This time for its for an April Fools Day album where we all covered some of the most over-covered songs in VGM, so I figured this was my chance to do a real version of One Winged Angel and not just sing Apple Bottom Jeans over top of it.
