Often, working in routine labs, you will be examining many similar applications. You may have to look at each specimen with two or more objectives and so normally you will be adjusting the amount of light over and over again to suit each lens. Simply activate the Light Manager when changing lenses and the microscope will remember the precise amount of light set for each lens position.
