The track order might seem a bit nutty, but it's the game's own track order.
Tracks:
00:00 Briefing
03:10 Mission 7 & 23
05:21 Mission 10 & 20
07:40 Mission 1, 12 & 22
10:42 Mission 17 & 26
13:18 Mission 5, 15, 24 & 31
16:17 Mission 3, 19, 29
19:02 Mission 11 & 21
21:44 Mission 4, 14 & 30
24:26 Mission 6 & 27
27:16 Mission 9, 18, 25 & 32
30:03 Mission 8, 16 & 28
32:27 Mission 2, 13 & 33
A pretty good old FPS, though with some problems that I won't get into here. Some of the music is super good. My personal favorites are "Mission 1, 12 & 22", "Mission 3, 19, 29", "Mission 8, 16 & 28" and "Mission 2, 13 & 33", but by no means are they the only good ones.
The game's available on Steam if you're interested: store.steampowered.com/app/351820/ZAR
Composers: Ilya Tchervonuk, Sergei Potapov, Dmitry Laptev, Ivan Sokolovsky

![Dragon Scroll: Yomigaerishi Maryuu [FC/NES | ENG Translated] Playthrough (Archive*)
*NOTE: This is an unedited archive of a live no-commentary playthrough originally streamed on Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/bippoernesti), which means there may be deaths, restarts or intermissions/interruptions.
*Castor translation subtitles added, for reading the backwards text easier.*
Dragon Scroll: Yomigaerishi Maryuu (ドラゴンスクロール 甦りし魔竜), or Dragon Scroll: Resurrection of the Demon Dragon in this translation, is a Japan-only Famicom action RPG, released by Konami in 1987. Its actually a very fun game, with only a couple overly cryptic secrets in it.
There are some easter eggs I missed at the end of this playthrough, heres a video of them if you wanna check them out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7c2gb9KAa0c
This is the 2008 fan translation by KingMike (Hacking), Eien Ni Hen (Translation) and FlashPV (Design). You can check it out here: https://www.romhacking.net/translations/1267/
Since there are no clear spots for chapter splits, the chapters will mostly have the name of a notable event occurring at the start of that chapter. Considering the path I mapped out is (intentionally) all over the place, I figured having these chapters would help people skim when and where in the video a specific item is acquired. Basically, click chapter, rewind until you find a familiar spot, and go from there.
This playthrough went pretty well. A lot of stuff that could have gone wrong didnt. I was worried if I was overdoing some of the monster farming bits, but considering how fortuitous the last level up was, I think it was worth it. Thanks to that, the only game over was the intentional one, which I wanted to do just as a quick demonstration of the game over screen. All it does is respawn you with half your max MP, and I knew I could restore it soon enough. I also got insanely lucky placement with the Castor boss.
Oh, and happy holidays if you happen to be reading this around the upload date, or around the same time in the future.

Stream Title: Eight Books, Zero Scrolls
Live Notification: Brigands I can handle, but this talk of dragons? Worlds gone mad, I say.
Stream Description: Dragon Scroll is a rather obscure 1987 Konami title. Its a Zelda-esque action RPG telling a story of dragons, magic and warring kingdoms. It was never officially translated, so Im using the only fan-translation, credited to KingMike, Eien Ni Hen and FlashPV. Its got some typos and other errors, but its mostly solid.
Thisll be a regular playthrough, I wont go through every secret or find every hint, but I will try to cover as much as I can on the path Ive written down. Approx 1.5 hours if nothing goes wrong.

![Alwas Legacy - Secret Warp Point Puzzle & Kreeses Archives
A fascinating mystery I came across while playing Alwas Legacy. I still havent fully solved it, but perhaps you, the viewer, are the one chosen to bring light to this puzzle. Note that in the description, I may alternate what I call save points, possibly calling them warp points or simply points. This is just me being lazy.
So I spent the past two days trying to figure out this mystery. In case you arent sure whats happening in the video, Ill explain it. Theres a specific sequence spanning all 45 warp points that will open a new room in the Grand Library if the sequence is performed exactly. When you hit the correct warp point in the sequence, a special little chime plays during the save sound, accompanied by a special green spark that briefly flits over the warp points flame. The statue at Monks Mire will have a blue flame on it if the sequence is still active.
I made a couple of mistakes by warping to incorrect points in this video (even the first warp is off by one). Since I dont spend much time on the warps in the video, I decided to upload the hastily put together sequence map: https://imgur.com/a/zzkJyUu
Though the sequence must be done in an exact order, warping does not trigger the save point. You must always separately save the game on each point to trigger it. If you warp to an incorrect save point, you can still salvage the situation by warping to the correct one WITHOUT hitting or choosing Save Game on the incorrect point. If you save on the wrong point, or the same point twice in a row, this will reset the sequence, forcing you to start in the ruined shack at Monks Mire.
The puzzle inside Kreeses Archives is fairly straightforward. All you need to do is spell ELDEN PIXELS using the blocks, causing the painting to morph into this URL: https://eldenpixels.com/lydian/
The URL is currently where Im stuck. I have no idea what the password could be.
[NOTE]: The password was found, check the comments.
So yeah, this took me a good while, spending about a total of 26 hours doing this. There was no trick to it, I just had to trial and error the sequence starting from the very first point. Around halfway, getting to the latest known point in the sequence took about 2-3 minutes each time. Near the very end it took over 5 minutes each time.
Update 2022-02-21: Added captions to specify which points you are between. Chapters mark the range from saving on the first listed point (save on 1, 11, etc.) to warping from the last listed point to the next (10 warp to 11, 20 to 21 etc.). Im making it sound more confusing than it is.
Chapter stuff:

1:32 Points 11-20
2:30 Points 21-30
3:44 Points 31-40
5:02 Points 40-45

Another game from my youth I felt like playing. The subweapons are terribly balanced in this game, the Thunder Gas being practically worthless due to its pathetic damage, the Heavy Gas being okay, but often outclassed by the regular gun, and the Arrow Gas being an utter beast of a weapon, dealing triple damage (unless firing point-blank), opening new paths through its use as a platform as well as being able to use it like a stronger Heavy Gas by pressing Select with an arrow mid-air.
Stream title was a reference to the theme song, which is probably clear if youre aware of it.

Please read this: This is not a speedrun, but rather a playthrough, where I only play the level through.
NOTE: These stats reflect the Normal difficulty, the numbers may vary on other difficulty settings.
-Mawverne-
Weakest against:
Bounce Ball (Bounce Man) -3
Pile Driver (Impact Man) -3(-3*) [Pow. Gear -4(-4*)]
Other weapon effects:
Mega Buster (Mega Man) -1/-1/-3 [Full Pow. Gear -8]
Chain Blast (Blast Man) -1** [Pow. Gear -3]
Tundra Storm (Tundra Man) -1 [Pow. Gear -2]
Blazing Torch (Torch Man) -1
Acid Barrier (Acid Man) -1
Scramble Thunder (Fuse Man) -1
Block Dropper (Block Man) -1
*Additional damage from Pile Drivers explosion on an uninterrupted attack.
**Linked bombs deal individual damage.
This is where my buster-only on bosses ends, unfortunately. The boss in this level isnt really fun to fight with just the Mega Buster.
