I'm in pain and finding it hard to breathe. The day before yesterday I had been in bed most of the day. Not have any energy to do anything other than sleep. Also been having very bad headaches. Every time I cough my chest hurts as well. I've not been sleeping right because of it. I feel a little bit better so I going to see how I feel in the next couple of days before I go to the doctor's.

Me, not so much 😔. I'm so tired of fighting. It's always the same I take a step forward but then take two steps back. It's a neverending nightmare. People say that I'm worth it but I don't feel like I am. They say nice things to me (how I look), but I don't see it. I hate what I see when I look in the mirror. As I don't like the person looking back at me. I keep everything bottled up inside. As I don't want people to feel the same way. Or feel sorry for me, (I'm not worth it) I'm scared to tell people how I feel, as I feel like I would be judged or they will think I'm just doing it for your attention. Which I'm not. The start of this year has been horrible 😔. Which everything I have been through. I'm not going to lie I have thought of giving up a few times or leaving YouTube. I feel like no one will miss me. When I do tell people how I feel they don't understand the reasons why I feel this way. I feel like there are no words to describe how I feel.
I find when I do tell people how I feel it just goes in circles. "we all feel that way" What, wanting to lay in bed, do nothing, and just cry. or end it all. My anxiety has been playing up so much. I have been thinking about going on medication for it. (that is my last resort) I feel like my anxiety plays up every time I go out.

I am trying to fight for my family 😞. I know that I have so much to live for but I feel like I'm drowning. I feel like I'm broken and can't be fixed. I hate when people say it's a phase or it will get better in time because it doesn't, you just learn to live with it. One time I got upset when I saw someone who looked like my uncle (who passed away). I got upset as I miss him so much. I got upset, Someone said, "Why are you upset?" Me: "I am upset as I miss my uncle". Them: "When did he pass?". Me: "2020". They "Oh so three years ago, so you should be able to cope with it". (I can't remember what they fully said as I was very upset, but it was somewhere along those lines) I run out of the room crying my eyes out. As I'm running out. They: "I didn't mean it like that ". Which way was I supposed to take it? This is why I keep my feelings hidden. As I'm always judged.

sorry for another vent but this is the best way for me to let out how I feel without having to say a thing.

I know the best thing to do is talk to someone about how I feel, but that's easier said than done.

Today, the 10 October is World Mental Health Day. We celebrate World Mental Health Day every year. It's a day to raise awareness of mental health problems. With me having depression & anxiety. So this day has meaning to me. I want to make a video for it. The past few years have been very hard for me. At one point I was about to give up (I'm very happy I didn't)

It’s just a lot of pain going on within my life right now

1. Sorry as active on social media and YouTube. It's just that I have a lot going on in my life right now.

2. Do you guys think I'm a good person? It's just that something happened in real life and it's got me questioning myself 💔. I hate feeling this way. The best way I can describe it. It's like having to voice in my head, one good and one bad. Battling for control, It's exhausting. I hate feeling this way. I just want to be me again.

3. Mental health issues
It’s just that my mental health is not been doing the greatest today. Some of you guys know what is going on. I Appreciate all the support, thank you so much 😊. With everything going on with my mental health is playing up. Just hard to find time to work on videos as some times I just don't feel like it. I hope you guys can understand stand. Been wanting to cry for no reason. Just been laid in bed, not doing anything for hours. I feel like I have lost the person who I am. All that's left is a empty shell. Who just getting by one day at a time.

4. I may have to step back from social media, for a little bit.
Social media people talking about taking there own l..😞and some drama that's going on (I don't not want to get involved with, for my own mental health). Which is bring up some bad memories, so I may need to step back for myself and my own mental health. I don’t want to go back to the bad days, where I was thinking of what is the point.

1. Sister baby
My sister has had her baby. Little baby boy, so i’ve been helping out with my new nephew. My sister and nephew are doing well.

2. mental health issues

3. Anniversary of my uncles passing

It’s just a lot of pain going on within my life right now

1. Anniversary of my uncles passing

On top of all that today (June 15th) marks the third year anniversary of my uncles passing so that’s part of why my mental health has been playing up. One time I felt like laying in bed and just cry for no reason. There have been times where I just not wanting to do anything.

2. Mental health issues

It’s just that my mental health is not been doing the greatest past few weeks. Some of you guys know what is going on. I Appreciate all the support, thank you so much 😊. With everything going on with my mental health is playing up. Just not had time to work on videos or just didn’t feel like it. I hope you guys can understand stand. Been wanting to cry for no reason. Just been laid in bed, not doing anything for hours.

3. Had to step back from social media.

On social media people talking about Depression (bad thoughts and taking there own l..😞) bring up some bad memories, so I had to step back. So myself and my own mental health.

So it’s been sometime since I have video uploaded a video. I just need to take some time away for myself, I don’t have much inspiration or motivation making any videos. But I’m slowly getting back into it. So far it looks like I'm having more good days than bad days, but still having my moments. I'm still having moments where want to cry for no reason. This song is how I feel at the moment. I. I’m trying to be strong but it’s so hard. Yes, I come on a rollercoaster of emotions. Sometimes I look at a yeah I don’t like the person it’s looking back at me.

So I have SVP 19 on my computer now.(just got to add it to my laptop when it’s fixed ) I do have SVP 16 on my computer (this was before I got my laptop, sometime ago and I started using SVP 18) So this video I started on SVP 16 and finish the video on SVP 19. it’s not much different to SVP 18 but works a lot better then SVP 16 (on my computer).

mental health update

So far it looks like I'm having more good days than bad days, but still having my moments. I'm still having moments where want to cry for no reason. Like last Monday I need to take 5 minutes away from whatever I was doing. I felt like I was going to cry and I did but I don't understand why. Also I didn't want to get out of bed I just want to stay at my ceiling.

The Chipettes - Where are you Christmas?

I just wanted to say that the deadline for my Christmas MEP is coming up soon. So if you haven't done your part please do them.

If you guys are waiting for my Mep parts, please give me time to do them. It's not been a good week for me. Mental health as well as coming down with a sick bug.

Well, I guess I'm staying in bed all day. (I hate being ill).

I have not been doing too well. My mental health has been playing up. I have not been eating much and not wanting to do anything. You see, one minute I'm fine, and then the next I'm not. I have been forcing myself to eat.

I never thought I would feel so low to the point of feeling like ending it. Feeling like what's the point. I'm not realizing that I have been hurting myself when I have panic/anxiety attacks. I called the crisis team for mental health support.

I don't understand why I am feeling this way. I'm having to force myself to do basic tasks, like just getting out of bed or having something to eat. I know that my family will be devastated and feel like they haven't done enough to help if I choose to end it. That's what's keeping me going.

Having dark thoughts are so scary. Why am feeling this way? I feel like I'm a burden to everyone around me and they would be better off without me, but everyone says I'm not. It's how I feel, being told that I'm so brave but I don't feel like it.

I just want to say a big thanks for 10,000 subs, I still can't believe it. I never thought I would get 1,000 subs let alone get alone 10,000. I have been on youtube for 7 years. So big thanks for all of the support you guys have given me thought out the years. I was going to do a mep of my 10,000 subs special but I don't have time and with what is going on in my life right now.
I have not been doing too well. My mental health has been playing up. I have not been eating much and not wanting to do anything. You see, one minute I'm fine, and then the next I'm not. I have been forcing myself to eat.

I never thought I would feel so low to the point of feeling like ending it. Feeling like what's the point. I'm not realizing that I have been hurting myself when I have panic/anxiety attacks. I called the crisis team for support for mental health and they contact my doctor saying I need an emergency appointment.

I don't understand why I am feeling this way. I'm having to force myself to do basic tasks, like just getting out of bed or having something to eat. I know that my family will be devastated and feel like they haven't done enough to help if I choose to end it. That's what's keeping me going.

Having dark thoughts are so scary. Why am feeling this way? I feel like I'm a burden to everyone around me and they would be better off without me, but everyone says I'm not. It's how I feel, being told that I'm so brave but I don't feel like it.

I have not been doing too well. My mental health has been playing up. I have not been eating much and not wanting to do anything. You see, one minute I'm fine, and then the next I'm not. I have been forcing myself to eat.
