Angel - Bedroom Ceiling (Vent) Stitch-Angel 2024-01-23 | Hi guys hope everyone is doing well and keeping safe. Me, not so much 😔. I'm so tired of fighting. It's always the same I take a step forward but then take two steps back. It's a neverending nightmare. People say that I'm worth it but I don't feel like I am. They say nice things to me (how I look), but I don't see it. I hate what I see when I look in the mirror. As I don't like the person looking back at me. I keep everything bottled up inside. As I don't want people to feel the same way. Or feel sorry for me, (I'm not worth it) I'm scared to tell people how I feel, as I feel like I would be judged or they will think I'm just doing it for your attention. Which I'm not. The start of this year has been horrible 😔. Which everything I have been through. I'm not going to lie I have thought of giving up a few times or leaving YouTube. I feel like no one will miss me. When I do tell people how I feel they don't understand the reasons why I feel this way. I feel like there are no words to describe how I feel.I find when I do tell people how I feel it just goes in circles. "we all feel that way" What, wanting to lay in bed, do nothing, and just cry. or end it all. My anxiety has been playing up so much. I have been thinking about going on medication for it. (that is my last resort) I feel like my anxiety plays up every time I go out. I am trying to fight for my family 😞. I know that I have so much to live for but I feel like I'm drowning. I feel like I'm broken and can't be fixed. I hate when people say it's a phase or it will get better in time because it doesn't, you just learn to live with it. One time I got upset when I saw someone who looked like my uncle (who passed away). I got upset as I miss him so much. I got upset, Someone said, "Why are you upset?" Me: "I am upset as I miss my uncle". Them: "When did he pass?". Me: "2020". They "Oh so three years ago, so you should be able to cope with it". (I can't remember what they fully said as I was very upset, but it was somewhere along those lines) I run out of the room crying my eyes out. As I'm running out. They: "I didn't mean it like that ". Which way was I supposed to take it? This is why I keep my feelings hidden. Mental health as well as coming down with a sick bug. Well, I guess I'm staying in bed all day. (I hate being ill). I have not been doing too well. My mental health has been playing up. I have not been eating much and not wanting to do anything. You see, one minute I'm fine, and then the next I'm not. I have been forcing myself to eat. I never thought I would feel so low to the point of feeling like ending it. Feeling like what's the point. I'm not realizing that I have been hurting myself when I have panic/anxiety attacks. I called the crisis team for mental health support. I don't understand why I am feeling this way. I'm having to force myself to do basic tasks, like just getting out of bed or having something to eat. I know that my family will be devastated and feel like they haven't done enough to help if I choose to end it. That's what's keeping me going.Having dark thoughts are so scary. Why am feeling this way? I feel like I'm a burden to everyone around me and they would be better off without me, but everyone says I'm not. It's how I feel, being told that I'm so brave but I don't feel like it.I wish the pain would go away 🥺.I know, I have used this song for the past few years. I never thought I would get 1,000 subs let alone get alone 10,000. I have been on youtube for 7 years. So big thanks for all of the support you guys have given me thought out the years. I was going to do a mep of my 10,000 subs special but I don't have time and with what is going on in my life right now. I have not been doing too well. My mental health has been playing up. I have not been eating much and not wanting to do anything. You see, one minute I'm fine, and then the next I'm not. I have been forcing myself to eat. I never thought I would feel so low to the point of feeling like ending it. Feeling like what's the point. I'm not realizing that I have been hurting myself when I have panic/anxiety attacks. I called the crisis team for support for mental health and they contact my doctor saying I need an emergency appointment. I don't understand why I am feeling this way. I'm having to force myself to do basic tasks, like just getting out of bed or having something to eat. I know that my family will be devastated and feel like they haven't done enough to help if I choose to end it. That's what's keeping me going.Having dark thoughts are so scary. Why am feeling this way? I feel like I'm a burden to everyone around me and they would be better off without me, but everyone says I'm not. It's how I feel, being told that I'm so brave but I don't feel like it.I wish the pain would go away 🥺.everyone says, there is a light at the end of the tunnel, but I don't see it.I don't want to talk about it.
