Back by popular demand. And "popular" being like ... 4 people. But that's 4 people more than normal to want a specific thing. Soooo... MOAR CREEPYPASTA!
Along with all that surrounds Lavender Town, BEN DROWNED is one of my favorite creepy pastas. I love creepy pastas that revolve around games. Specifically, BEN DROWNED reminded me of nightmares I would have playing as Miku in Fatal Frame and having all the ghosts in night one glitch up in a similar, possessed fashion. I dunno how, it just makes stuff even creepier, and having my eyes witness this outside of my dreams is both awesome, and relieving because explaining the creepiness of these dreams was hard. Plus, it was well written, well made, and engrossing. However, even though I love video game creepy pastas, does not mean I automatically like them all. Some are just aren't as well crafted, and obviously micmick BEN I can smell bullshit a mile away. Disappointing, bro.
But with the video, all the footage is in reverse (except for the Himuro Master—A.K.A. the dude with the mask at the beginning and end). This video revolves around regret, and the reverse symbolizes wishing to go back and change the past. I know I reused the same ending clip to finish up the video as the previous, but I feel Miku intaking her surrounding like she is realizing her situation, and how she met a terrible fate, just like every one else featured in the video. This video isn't so much about fear, or creepy atmosphere. Just... sad things.
Also, the Himuro Master is a great Happy Mask Salesman, yeah? Creepy... has a things with masks.... They might be related.
