I wasn't going to make this one public but I listened to it again and there are parts in it that I actually quite like. Strange how time and distance changes things but during the jam I felt a bit directionless and wasn't really vibing. Anyways, what do you think? yes.. you! you know who you are :)
--- Live Session Notes ---
This style of performance is what I am slowly but surely working towards. The idea is to not be "too prepared" and able to put together a live set between 20-60 minutes. Its typically going to be house (ish) music that slowly evolves and ideally remains interesting. I will often test out new tricks as I go through and develop my workflow. Anyways, its all unpolished and a bit... meh... but if you do happen to catch me streaming, feel free to say Hi! (I won't be able to say high back because I havent figured that part out yet). So there it is - Enjoy!
--- My Gear ---
#novationcircuittracks - Main sequencer, controls the other synths and acts as the master clock
#novationcircuitrhythm - Typically I am just using this as a drum machine but I will often use it for other ear candy
#volcabass - Usually use this as either a lead (more so) or bass (less so) sequenced via the tracks
#volcafm - I love this thing, all those tasty FM sounds. mmmmm. I do need to refresh some of the presets however as I find I am using maybe 4-5 constantly
#behringerneutron & #behringermodeld - Usually bass
#behringerpro1 - I have mixed feelings on this guy but often bass and leads
#dawless #livesession #novation
