Is this officially the most graphic thing I’ve ever had on my channel? I’m just realizing I’ve never edited R rated content before this. It’s a weird feeling.
ANYWAYS, GUESS WHAT TIME OF YEAR IT IS??? HALLOWEEN BITCHES!!! Starting off a week late unfortunately, I definitely wanted to get this stuff out sooner BUT I CANNOT BE STOPPED!!! So here I am. Much like last year we’re starting off simple with canon editing, and it’s a video I’ve had on my mind for YEARS.
Two years ago I heard this song and thought it would go great with one of my all-time favorite horror movies: Cabin in the Woods. But when I had the idea the month had already started to wrap up, so I told myself I’d do it the following year. Following year came and yeah that didn’t happen. Too many MEP parts and one big ass YPIV vid plus college prevented me from doing such things, so I delayed it again for this year. My schedule getting even more busy I feared I’d have to delay it again but I was WAAAYYY too stubborn to let that happen. Sat my ass down this weekend as I had little homework on my plate so I went “fuck it, I’m doing this now”.
Cabin in the Woods is an outlier compared to all of my other favorite horror films and shows. I like supernatural psychological horror, not bloody slashers as I don’t find them very scary or thought provoking. I don’t find this movie particularly scary either, but the scares are not the reason to watch it. This movie is a brilliant and hilarious love letter to the horror genre, and I do mean the whole genre. There are HUNDREDS of references to monsters and killers from various movies, video games, and novels. My dad and I watch it every Halloween and always have a blast, so this is to you dad! My forever horror buddy who has to suffer through my high pitched screams and squeezing his hand until he’s in pain. Here’s to another fun Halloween with ya even though we’re apart from each other!

This is the year of the OTPs and so I shall edit with ALL OF THEM. We started with Sinita last week and now we’re returning to the niche DBH AU ship that me and Stacy hold so close to our hearts: Connor and North!
I’ve been wanting to edit with them again for a while and Anne’s new VDay deaf edit MEP just clicked with me for some reason or another! I also just love this song and feels like it fits these two super well. This vid still pertains a lot of elements to our AU, but I kinda went with a bad ending approach XD. Or at least an implied bad ending, where Connor isn’t able to fight off Amanda internally and so he takes the only measure he feel he can take next without hurting anyone, and without hurting North. This part is like a backwards in time type of thing, starting from their lowest ending point and ending on their highest point. Weird and artistic but whatever I like it lot. Also gave me the opportunity to use new voiceovers I wasn’t able to use last time!
There’s a couple of new manips in here, but for the most part its reused stuff? I’m so busy as of late that doing something nice and simple like this worked really well for me. Anyways THIS WILL NOT BE THE LAST YOU SEE OF THIS SHIP ON MY CHANNEL but enjoy this for now!
