If you’re the strong one, the capable one, the one who usually holds everything together…
people will often assume you’re okay.
Not because they don’t care.
But because you’ve always seemed like you are.
So if you’re struggling, it may take you reaching out first, in the same way you would for someone you love.
I was recently at the Moms Feeling Themselves dance party, and they shared a statistic that stayed with me:
About 1 in 5 mothers experience a maternal mental health condition, and around 75% never receive the treatment they need.
That means so many women are quietly carrying more than they were ever meant to carry alone.
Inside Very Good Mothers Club, we focus on real, consistent support for mothers.
We do that in two main ways:
• Weekly Tuesday coaching calls — a place to be seen, heard, and encouraged in real time.
• Restore the Glow — our deeper coaching program, with the next group starting February 23. We still have a few spots available.
But whether you join us or not, please hear this:
If you’re struggling, reach out.
Call a friend.
Talk to your doctor.
Find a therapist or a coach.
You deserve support.
And remember: you are nature.
Your body and mind will always need the same foundational things in every season:
Rest.
Nourishment.
Hydration.
Sunlight.
Movement.
Love.
Start with the basics. They matter more than you think.
If you’d like more support, you’re always welcome inside Very Good Mothers Club.
And you can watch the full video on my YouTube channel for deeper encouragement.
You don’t have to do this alone. 🌿
