Your dog needs to hear your silence before your sound. 🐾
He feels your calmness through the rhythm of your breath. He needs to know you are confident, and confident means one thing: you can command yourself. Before you tell your dog what to do, command your own silence, your own calmness, your own mind.
That is the order Mother Nature follows: silence, calmness, confidence, love, joy. Animals celebrate life every day, but they never skip the first three. Practice the order today. Be silent first, breathe calm, then ask.

Tu perro necesita escuchar tu silencio antes que tu sonido. 🐾
Él siente tu calma a través del ritmo de tu respiración. Necesita saber que te sientes seguro, y tener seguridad significa una cosa: Que puedes tener control de ti mismo. Antes de decirle a tu perro qué hacer, comanda tu propio silencio, tu propia calma, tu propia mente.
Ese es el orden que sigue la Madre Naturaleza: Silencio, calma, confianza, amor y alegría. Los animales celebran la vida todos los días, pero nunca se saltan los primeros tres. Practica el orden hoy. Primero guarda silencio, respira con calma, y después pide.
