Let’s talk about codependency and the tendencies we have in relationships to be codependent. Let’s figure out where these tendencies come from and how we can stop playing them out in all our relationships.
For me, codependency was something I struggled with for a while because I didn’t even realize I was being codependent. Once I became aware of it, I had to start consciously working on healing it, which is not an easy thing to do, especially when you still have an unhealed abandonment wound inside you. When all you want is to be loved, seen, and validated, it’s hard to overcome that quickly.
Today, I want to go over how you might be showing up in relationships in a codependent way. Let’s dive into it!
