The most infuriating calls and conversations with people being in coins to sell were always 1943 steel cents. Ugly, rusted cents a dime a dozen were regarded as priceless antiques - all because they saw some YouTube video claiming it to be.

Hopefully this video helps teach the public about what steel cents are actually worth, and combats the clickbait thumbnails.

Please share the video to spread the word of numismatics to those who aren’t familiar so we can spare a few phone calls and unhappy trips to the nearest coin shop.

This video took a surprising amount of effort , hopefully it is worth it.
