The Doctor is trying to get over Rose, while Rose is trying to get over the Doctor...and both are failing. He manages to slip through a crack and see her for a second, but has to go back because he knows of the consequences. However, he remembers Rose telling him when he last saw her on the beach that "you'll think of something". He brings her back, but at what cost? Cracks in the universe start to appear. The Doctors' enemies capture him because the cracks in the universe are affecting them as well, and the only way to stop the Doctor is by sealing him in the Pandorica to prevent him from doing more harm.
