You’ll never need another rabbeting bit, because when these get dull, you don’t replace them or try to find a reliable sharpening shop. You just turn the three carbide inserts a quarter turn, tighten them back down, and get right back to work. After thousands and thousands of feet, when all four edges have been used up, just order another set of inserts and you’re right back in business. And if you get the Collar Set, you’ll have bearing-guided depths from 1/2” down to 1/16” in 1/16” increments.
