After owning Razer products for 5 years, I have never had a single one that didn't break or have issues. I've owned 4 mice, 2 headsets, and 1 keyboard, and every single one of them has had issues. The reason I have owned so many is because I keep having to buy replacements. Multiple warranty claims, devices breaking right when the warranty expires, and software that crashed my computer constantly. So after all of this, we have to ask: is Razer actually worth buying?

I have been a Razer customer for 5 years, and in that time I have owned 4 Razer mice, 2 Razer headsets, and 1 Razer keyboard, and every single product has had problems. Some of these devices had multiple issues at the same time, which is crazy for a company that charges as much as Razer does. I've had 4 warranty claims, and one of my replacement mice even had to be warranty replaced again, which is crazy. What really got me was how many of these Razer products seemed to break right when the warranty ran out, which feels way too convenient to be a coincidence. On top of all of that, the Razer software is constantly glitching and actually crashes my computer more times than I can count. So is Razer actually a good brand? Are Razer products worth the money? Why do Razer products keep breaking? Is Razer quality as bad as people say? After 5 years of dealing with all of this, here is my honest experience with Razer and why I will never be buying from them again...
