👗 Grace is a small business owner in Flushing who takes pride in her boutique store and styling customers in outfits that bring out their confidence. But after a devastating fire in her previous storefront, she had to start all over in a new location. And with so many people now relying on online shopping and tools like Google Maps, Grace felt like she was falling behind, unsure of how to navigate English-language apps or how to best market herself online.
👒 That’s when AAF’s economic empowerment team stepped in. With our bilingual staff, we helped Grace set up You Too Me Too Styling Boutique on Google Maps with a fresh description, targeted keywords, and new photos showing off her wares. Now she’s getting more online and in-person visits and positive reviews, and instead of worrying about how to attract new clientele, she can focus on what she loves—connecting with people through fashion.
