The Issue
Something caused your mac to restart like a kernel panic, error or you had to force it down because maybe it froze up. The message You shut down your computer because of a problem should come up one time. But SHOULD not come back after the first restart. The bug is, that the message will come back every time you restart your mac or power it on.

How to fix the issue
You need to more or clear out the log files in /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports then you can restart.

Reproducing the issue.
The issue can be reproduced every time by putting the log files back into /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports
