"Never wake a sleeping baby" is age-old advice that we've all heard at some point. And when you've been struggling to get your baby to sleep, waking them seems like something you would never, ever, want to do.

But sometimes it's actually better to wake your baby. In some cases it's for safety reasons, and in some cases it leads to improved sleep and a more predictable sleep schedule.

In this video you'll learn when you should wake your baby and why it can be a good thing.

As always, I hope this makes your life as a parent a little easier, and helps you and your baby get some more much-needed rest.
