My friends, I’m not exaggerating. This is the BEST VEGAN BACON I have ever tasted. I’m going to get graphic with the description so be warned. It’s like biting into the crispy fatty lean part of animal-based bacon. And I’ve never seen anyone make it with THIS ingredient before. So I’m feeling a little bit like a genius right now.

This is PUMPKIN SEED BACON! If you’ve watched my previous recipe video for pumpkin seed tofu, you might have an idea already. But the unusually high fat content in this tofu makes it uniquely suited to make plant-based bacon.

However, there’s still room for improvement so please feel free to leave your suggestions in the comments.
