A strong sense of self belief and rebelliousness is critical to being a successful entrepreneur, says the co-founder and CEO of $4 billion generative AI startup Synthesia.

“You’re gonna have to think that you’re smarter than the others. You’re gonna have to think that you can work harder,” Victor Riparbelli told CNBC’s Steve Sedgwick on the “Executive Decisions” podcast.

“You’ve seen something reason the legacy players in industry haven’t seen yet,” the Danish founder added.
