AI could create more value than any previous technology revolution — but getting there may be a “rollercoaster.”

Amadeus Capital co-founder Hermann Hauser draws parallels with the internet boom, where transformative technology and soaring valuations existed side by side before parts of the market corrected.

He argues that AI is already delivering real productivity gains, while some valuations and the huge circular deals between companies such as Nvidia, OpenAI and Anthropic are harder to justify.
