![Su-57 Top Gun Maneuver Flown in Real Life by Sergey Bogdan!! ✈️ MAKS 2017 [Remastered]
If youre a fan of the movie Top Gun: Maverick, youve likely seen the iconic scene where the Su-57 performs a cobra maneuver followed by a yaw spin to evade Tom Cruises F-14 Tomcat and quickly get on its tail... but did you know that this maneuver is not just a Hollywood fantasy? In this video, watch as Sukhois Chief Test Pilot, Sergey Bogdan (Сергей Богдан), demonstrates this incredible capability of the Su-57 with precision and finesse!!
Bu that isnt all... get ready to enjoy the thrilling beauty of the SU-57 fighter jet as it showcases other jaw-dropping aerobatic maneuvers during MAKS 2017 as well as two-ship tight formation flight in this stunning remastered footage! From physics-defying aerobatics to mind-blowing stunts, witness the sheer power and agility of this formidable fighter aircraft!
Captured at the prestigious MAKS 2017 airshow, this remastered video brings you up close to the action, allowing you to experience the adrenaline-pumping thrill of the SU-57 like never before. With its advanced technology and unparalleled performance, the SU-57 proves why its in a league of its own!
The Sukhoi Su-57, previously designated T-50 (Сухой Су-57 / T-50) is a single-seat, twin-engine, stealth fighter aircraft with multirole capability but designed for air superiority and attack operations. This jet aircraft is the product of the PAK-FA (ПАК-ФА, Перспективный авиационный комплекс фронтовой авиации, literally Prospective Aviation Complex of Frontline Aviation), a fifth-generation fighter programme of the Russian Air Force. The first prototype performed the maiden flight on January 29, 2010. Deliveries of production aircraft to the Russian Air Force are expected to begin in 2018.
The fighter is intended to succeed the MiG-29 and Su-27 in the Russian Air Force and to serve as the basis for the Fifth Generation Fighter Aircraft (FGFA) while complementing the recently built fleets of SU-35S and SU-30SM. The initial production batch are to be delivered with a highly upgraded variant of the AL-31F engine, extensively used by the Su-27 family while a totally new turbofan jet powerplant is being designed from scratch. In fact the first prototype of this engine has already been fitted into a SU-57 airframe and has already begun testing.
The Su-57 has a blended wing body fuselage and incorporates all-moving horizontal and vertical stabilizers. The aircraft incorporates thrust vectoring nozzles and has adjustable leading edge vortex controllers (LEVCONs) that improve high angle of attack behaviour. The advanced flight control system and thrust vectoring nozzles make the aircraft highly maneuverable in both pitch and yaw, enabling it to perform post-stall maneuvers such as the Pugachevs Cobra and the Bell maneuver, along with doing flat rotations with little altitude loss. The aircrafts high cruising speed and normal operating altitude is also expected to give it a significant kinematic advantage over older fighter jet generations.

![DASSAULT RAFALE, Crazy Agile Flights! ✈️ MAKS 2013 [Remastered]
Dassault Rafale Solo Display Team showing off the great agility of this superb fighter at MAKS 2013 International Air and Space Salon.
Back in the day my footage was quite shaky but now I have better means of stabilization and color grading so I wanted to resurrect a few videos and give them a bit of polish... Hope youll appreciate the effort! :)
The Dassault Rafale (French pronunciation: [ʁafal], literally meaning gust of wind, and burst of fire in a more military sense) is a French twin-engine, canard delta wing, multirole fighter aircraft designed and built by Dassault Aviation. Equipped with a wide range of weapons, the Rafale is intended to perform air supremacy, interdiction, aerial reconnaissance, ground support, in-depth strike, anti-ship strike and nuclear deterrence missions. The Rafale is referred to as an omnirole aircraft by Dassault.
In the late 1970s, the French Air Force and French Navy were seeking to replace and consolidate their current fleets of aircraft. In order to reduce development costs and boost prospective sales, France entered into an arrangement with the UK, Germany, Italy and Spain to produce an agile multi-purpose Future European Fighter Aircraft (which would become the Eurofighter Typhoon). Subsequent disagreements over workshare and differing requirements led to Frances pursuit of its own development programme. Dassault built a technology demonstrator which first flew in July 1986 as part of an eight-year flight-test programme, paving the way for the go-ahead of the project. The Rafale is distinct from other European fighters of its era in that it is almost entirely built by one country, involving most of Frances major defence contractors, such as Dassault, Thales and Safran.
Many of the aircrafts avionics and features, such as direct voice input, the RBE2 AA active electronically scanned array (AESA) radar and the optronique secteur frontal infrared search and track (IRST) sensor, were domestically developed and produced for the Rafale programme. Originally scheduled to enter service in 1996, the Rafale suffered significant delays due to post-Cold War budget cuts and changes in priorities. The aircraft is available in three main variants: Rafale C single-seat land-based version, Rafale B twin-seat land-based version, and Rafale M single-seat carrier-based version. Introduced in 2001, the Rafale is being produced for both the French Air Force and Navy.
The Rafale was developed as a modern jet fighter with a very high level of agility; Dassault chose to combine a delta wing with active close-coupled canard to maximize manoeuvrability. The aircraft is capable of withstanding from −3.6g to 9g (10.5g on Rafale solo display and a maximum of 11g can be reached in case of emergency). The Rafale is an aerodynamically unstable aircraft and uses digital fly-by-wire flight controls to artificially enforce and maintain stability. The aircrafts canards also act to reduce the minimum landing speed to 115 knots (213 km/h); while in flight, airspeeds as low as 15 knots (28 km/h) have been observed during training missions. According to simulations by Dassault, the Rafale has sufficient low speed performance to operate from STOBAR-configured aircraft carriers, and can take off using a ski-jump with no modifications.
