I hear it constantly. Okay Craig, that sounds great, but I have things to do. I have to work out, I have to pay the bills, I have to get to my job.
I understand. And that is the reason you are stuck.
You are trying to control the entire situation yourself, and control is the most limiting posture there is. You have made yourself the only source, so of course it all feels heavy.
If you want endless possibility to open up in your life, you have to be connected to something endless. Your soul is an extension of that source.
Five minutes. That has to be the priority, not the thing you get to once everything else is handled.
