There is a version of you that was less evolved. A few years back, maybe less than that.

So why are we still so loyal to him?

Why can we not shift, become someone new, reinvent our own consciousness on any given day? The moment your awareness lifts, you can look back and say I was doing the best I could, I am proud of that guy, and I have outgrown him.

Then you detach. You stop being loyal to an identity that already expired. You build a whole new one, with a whole new standard.

Because as long as you stay committed to everything you already know, all you are doing is rebuilding your past.
