Classic signs of gallstones include:
- pain around your liver area (just below your right ribs)
- that pain being worse after eating eating, particularly a fatty meal
- the pain may sometimes go up to your right shoulder tip. You’re more at risk of this if you’re: - female - around middle-aged
- of Caucasian background
- are overweight or obese
- are pregnant

Of note - there are also other places the stone can get stuck, I mentioned the 2 extremes.
