I went to peacefully exercise my
constitutional rights at Hempstead
Town Hall on Long Island, New York.
Walked in. Security immediately
demanded a photo ID to enter the
building. They scan it. Log it.
Issue a visitor's pass.
I said no.
They said leave.
I said no to that too.
That is a Fourth Amendment violation.
You should not have to surrender
your identity to enter a public
building where no crime has been
committed.
