I was conducting a peaceful First Amendment audit at Port Jefferson Village Hall on Long Island, New York.
I was peacefully exercising my First
Amendment right at Richmond City Hall
in Virginia.
All I wanted was a simple FOIA request
for names, titles and salaries of city
employees. Completely public.
Completely legal.
