Your cat in RuneScape might've unlocked an item you've never seen. This is the cat training medal, an item you can get from Gertrude in Varrock after your cat has caught 100 rats. It doesn't give your character any bonuses when worn, but it's a pretty cool fashionscape item. If you’ve spent a lot of time grinding hell rats for spicy stew ingredients, you might be able to claim it from Gertrude right now.
