Allow the breath to naturally slow down. Allow the breath to guide you deeper and deeper into the present moment. Come to that state within yourself where we realize that whatever is occurring, instead of it happening to us, it can happen for us.

When the challenge is upon us, that is when our practice is more relevant than ever. Darkness only makes the light more relevant.

In this moment, wherever you are on this tiny blue dot, I invite you to access that deep
inner knowingness. Awaken to that inner knowingness where all experiences are a potential for growth. Realize that you get to be the part of the solution in this moment. Do not let go of your spiritual understanding in these times.

Now you have the supreme opportunity to test yourself fully, to cognize how much you have grown, and ehat you are capable of. This is not a time to feel helpless or get stuck in a
victim identity, or some kind of conspiracy theory. This is a time to rise up and be part of the
solution, healing, and transformation.

Corona virus was earlier called SARS and MERS. Humanity has faced these challenges and transcended them. Last time Corona came was in 2003. In last 17 years the speed of information travel has increased and everybody now gets to have a loudspeaker to scream at the world. There is a challenge posed to us by nature, to adapt, learn and grow.

There's also the challenge created by humans of misinformation, hysteria and panic which actually delays the potential for healing.

Corona virus has been around for a while. Viruses are unique, they are not bacterial, they don’t have their own metabolic system. They have to latch onto other cells for their survival. Corona virus, as SARS and MERS, affects the respiratory system, the lungs. The threat is more acute to the elderly. So there are levels to our understanding that we have to acknowledge.

We have to limit social interaction and adopt social distancing as am act of compassion to those more vulnerable to the virus.
