YOGHURT POT CAKE š°
One 150g pot of yoghurt - I used a vanilla one
Two pots of self-raising flower
One pot of caster sugar
Half a pot of vegetable oil
Three eggs
A splash of vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Flavourings of your choice - we used 100g of white chocolate chips and a punnet of raspberries
Preheat your oven to 175C. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl, using your yoghurt pot as your measuring tool. Pop in a lined loaf tin and cook for about 45 minutes to an hour. Just check with a skewer to see if itās cooked and not at all jiggly. We served with a dusting icing sugar - would be lovely with cream and extra fruit and even vanilla ice cream too! One to save for Valentineās or Motherās Day! ā¤ļø
