Begin with Mobility version of chair pose to strengthen your lower body and increase your heart rate,. Flow into Airplane Pose, embodying grace under pressure, and Boat Pose to build core strength, confidence and stability. Then, transition to restorative poses like Bridge and Reclined Bound Angle to open your chest, release tension, and foster a sense of calm and tranquility. By incorporating this short yoga practice into your daily routine, you'll develop effective tools to manage stress, improve mobility, and find balance in your busy life.
