This is part of Atari Flashback Classics vol. 3 on PS4. It's a slightly harder version of Yars' Revenge. The only obvious difference is the Qotile being in the center of the screen, and 2 missiles follow Yar (well, technically 1, the 2nd missile just moves left and right).
