While Haruka still lies in Touto Hospital deep in a coma, Kiryu takes the tram from Rope Station to meet Kiyomi. Up there, she explains how she met Haruka, gave her a place to stay, a job and how she got pregnant.
Their meeting is cut short by Takumi Someya. It seems Someya and Kiyomi have past history together. As this is no real concern to Kiryu, he heads back to the Hirose office to speak with the boys. Ino barges in to tell them that Kiyomi has been nabbed by Someya's men.
Kiryu and the Hirose boys head to the hotel to rescue Kiyomi. A boss battle ensues with Takumi Someya. After this encounter, Kiryu is introduced to key players in Onomichi -- Takeru Kurusu, Chairman of the Yomei Alliance and his son Tsuneo Iwami, CEO of Iwami Shipbuilding.
