The Xingtian Boss is another boss that demands your parry skills. Dashing through him won't work because he can turn around and axe hit before you can recover another dash. Try using the jade that immobilizes enemies on talisman hit. If you time it correctly after his 3rd swing you should be able to make a clean hit and come out on the other side untouched.
