i have been listening to linkin park's entire discography nonstop since chester's death, and really wanted to open a MEP with one of their lesser known songs. this one is really good and while i don't often open MEPS with dubstep or electronic music i think the community could make a good MEP out of it. so let's go
-you can focus on the movies' natural color scheme maybe with some black and white overlaying the slower/speech parts, try to use effects like film grain, tv simulator, other dubstep effects and overlays that would fit this type of song ya know? stick w that theme
-this song is about rebellion and overthrowing the forces that trap you, it's mostly just a badass song about sticking it to the man and breaking out of your cage go w that theme aight
-follow the lyrics for the love of god look them up ESPECIALLY if you add text which if you do, make the text fitting to the song's vibe
-USE UNDERUSED SCENES INSTEAD OF THE SAME TYPICAL TLK/BALTO FIGHT SCENES YOU KNOW THE ONES, TRY TO BE UNIQUE EITHER WITH YOUR SCENES OR YOUR EFFECTS SO THE MEP ISN'T TOO REPETITIVE
-render your part in 720/1080p and fullscreen
-only animash, 3D movies are allowed, bolt, alpha and omega, rio, all allowed, i'd prefer no anime but stuff like wolf's rain and etc. is allowed i guess, human movies as well i guess like mulan for example but nothing live action and no cartoon tv shows
-one part only
-no deadline for this MEP but only take a part if you really wanna edit to this song, cause if you take the part and don't do it then the MEP just won't be finished. so try to finish it at some point this summer
-i don't think i'm forgetting anything important but if i am oh well, don't care about rules much at this point
