A trip down the memory lane with the awesome Splinter Cell and Michael Ironside. Enjoy
(Audio-Video may be a bit out of sync, forgot to cap the FPS to 60 from nVidia Inspector)

![WoW - Vanilla - UNDEAD Starting Experience [Level 1 to 5] on Nostalrius - (No Commentary)
The Vanilla WoW undead starting zone. Levels 1 to 5.
Welcome to Nostalrius (defunct as of April 2016), a private server thats as accurate (99% accuracy to what Blizzard offered more than 13 years ago) as it can be. A trip down memory lane.
The whole playthrough took 1 hour 6 minutes and 57 seconds. Of course I had to cut and edit through most of the killing.
A short go through the settings are show at 3:36
A rough comparison on the not-anymore-available-Draenor-expansion can be seen here:

![QUAKE II (1997) - Cinematic Intro + First unit Gameplay - (No Commentary) [4K60]
And another iD Software legendary. If Quake II wouldnt have been with us most probably Half-Life wouldnt exist.
This is a rough edit on Youtube editor due to audio-video de-sync with other more specialized software
Tweaks done to make this possible:
-Used the latest GOG version of Quake II
-Used nGlide to emulate the 3dfx API
http://www.zeus-software.com/downloads/nglide
-Resolution used: 3840x2160 (has been set from inside the nGlide Configurator)
-Created and edited autoexec.cfg in Quake II/baseq/
Added cl_maxfps X where X is the desired FPS cap, in my case it was cl_maxfps 60
-Modified quake2.exe in HxD (Hex Editor) for better FOV
Changed at address 47B00 (Offset) only this part 00 00 B4 42 to this 00 00 33 43 in order to enable a greater than 90 FOV so you can see the gun
All this was made possible thanks to this link:
https://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Quake_II
-All of the above was necessary to try and keep the classic Quake 2 as playable as possible and keep the game as original as possible
-If you want an easier way to experience Quake 2 on modern PCs, play the game with https://www.yamagi.org/quake2/
