Is Lookout Landing safe to live at in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom?

Today I attempted to rank every town in Tears of the Kingdom to find out where the best place to live is. However while I was doing that, I noticed something. Lookout Landing seems like a safe place, with it's large wall and moat surrounding it. Plus it has a safety shelter or bunker right underneath it. However, it is the closest town to Hyrule Castle and that could cause a lot of issues. Hyrule Castle is the least safe location in the entirety of Hyrule due to it being attacked by Ganon and also being the location where Ganondorf resides. Would you live there?
