I think this driver wins the worst driver of the year award (caught on my dash cam at least). There's just so many things wrong with what she did here. Keep in mind, we are on a freeway with tons of cars speeding by. I saw her signal a few car lengths back so I started hovering my foot over the brake. I didn't want to slam my brakes because there were cars behind me and I would have risked getting rear ended. You miss your exit? Take the next one instead of almost coming to a standstill on the highway while cutting across two lanes of traffic...
