While in Las Vegas a brand new food challenge in the works - making the world's spiciest tuna poke bowl challenge! Having both ghost peppers and Carolina reaper extract, this epic food challenge is not for the faint of heart! I arrived to the restaurant the day before to sample this spicy tuna poke.
The tuna poke bowl didn’t just bring the heat—it brought an inferno! Knowing how incredibly hot this tuna poke challenge was, I knew I needed to devise a plan to help my chances to handle the heat when it was game time!
