Friendly Review of TinyCircuits Kickstarter release called Thumby ( thumby.us ) Thumby is a miniature gaming system that is smaller than my thumb. It is crazy small! It comes preloaded with 5 retro games most people are familiar with. You can play them by using the 4-way D-Pad and 2 action buttons. It has a 72x40 OLED screen and a buzzer which is quiet enough it won't annoy those around you. You can play on it for 2 hours with a single charge. What is awesome is that you can use the micro USB port to charge it, play multiplayer, and program it yourself. All of the games on it are open source, can be modified, or you can create your own using there IDE and MicroPython. It's build on a Raspberry Pi RP2040.
