So this wasn't something i planned on doing, but my friend Lexi asked if i could cover this song for her, so i did. I wasn't sure this was going to be very interesting to cover, but i actually had a lot of fun experimenting with a crap-ton of Gxx effects to mimic the swing rythm of the original. I also added bongos at the last second since i figured it'd be worthwhile, and they actually don't sound too bad! Fancy that.
Eventually, Lexi'll be uploading her own piano cover of this same song, and when she does, i'll throw a link here and put a card in the end screen for the same purpose.

Been a while, huh? Well, this took me way longer than it should have, but its finished and im quite pleased with it. Im not really the biggest fan of SotNs soundtrack as a whole, but this track (and a few others i might do later) always stood out to me. So i covered it.
Also, it seems Windows Movie Maker doesnt like keeping the audio and video synchronized, so im gonna experiment with other video-editing software after this vid. I really wanted to get this vid out as soon as possible though so i apologize for the shitty quality in this and the last vid.

Decided to add in the MMC5 alongside the VRC6 to give the track a more...complete feel to it. It didnt sound nearly as good without both expansion chips, in my opinion.

Hey, i uploaded another thing this week! This ones been a long time coming, considering its one of Castlevanias most beloved songs and one of the best from Bloodlines.
Im still not entirely on-board with Yamanes instrument choices within the soundtrack but the compositions are still excellent. All it takes is some extra work to fill another sound channel and Bloodlines OST translates really well to FamiTracker. Not to mention the fact that HoDs drums worked wonders in making the song feel complete. FM drums just dont compare, sadly.

While it didnt have many original songs, the ones that Circle of the Moon did have stand out as the best in the game, especially the titular ending theme. Took me under half an hour to finish, i think, considering the loop is barely 20 seconds and the arrangement is fairly simple. But the song is freakin beautiful so i figured why not?
