"No pain, no gain" does NOT apply here ⚠️

There's a difference between muscle fatigue and your body screaming at you to stop. Here are the red flags that mean you need to stop your set IMMEDIATELY:

🛑 STOP if you feel:
- Sharp, acute pain
- Popping, clicking, or grinding in your joints
- Shooting pain, numbness, or tingling (nerve issues)
- Dizziness, vision changes, or lightheadedness
- Chest pain or difficulty breathing (seek medical attention NOW)

These aren't signs you need to "push through." They're your body telling you something is wrong—either with your technique, the weight you're using, or something more serious.
The goal is to build strength, not destroy your body. If you experience any of these, stop the set, reassess your form, reduce the weight, or get checked out by a professional.

Your long-term progress depends on staying healthy. Listen to your body.

Have you ever ignored a warning sign and regretted it? What happened? 👇
