Marc Adams School of Woodworking offers great opportunities to work with metal! Matthew Parkinson is a custom bladesmith who teaches safe and effective forging techniques. Students learn how to use air-powered equipment as well as hammers and chisels under the guidance of master engraver Michael Dubber. Students are shown how to forge and braze their pieces by blacksmith, Tom Latané. There are several options for students to choose from, including blacksmithing and metalsmithing.
