Frank Strazza is teaching a class where students are building an end table. Students are learning multiple skills, including mastering dovetails through both machine and hand methods. The skills acquired in this class are transferable to making any size table or desk, equipping students with the ability to craft drawers. While the focus is primarily on hand tools (although some machinery is used in the process), this entire table could be constructed using hand tools alone, such as a hand saw, hand plane, scrapers, and spokeshaves.
