After losing 100 pounds with the help of a VSG (vertical sleeve gastrectomy), a type of WLS (weight loss surgery), I realized in order to maintain my new body I needed to be more consistent with my exercise and working out.
Over the past 6 months I've really upped my workouts and wanted to share what has been working for me- its super simple, but is something I'm sticking with!

Hi, I'm Lindsey, a SAHM from the south suburbs of Chicago. After years of yo-yo dieting I'd finally had enough and wanted a more permanent solution to help me live a healthier life.
So on June 17, 2019 I had a vertical sleeve gastrectomy (VSG) weight loss surgery done at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, IL.
