Next up from our ‘Wooden ... it be nice!’ wild ale program ... Wet Hop American Summer! This rustic farmhouse ale spent more than a year in Chardonnay barrels before being racked onto wet Citra hops fresh from the field. The result is a wild ale full of intense earthy flavors with zealous aromas of Brett funk. Hand-bottled and painted, 1,500 (375ml) bottles of this uniquely crafted brew will be available beginning Nov. 10 at our Milton Tasting Room & Kitchen!
